Dr Sarah Parker

Dr Sarah Parker grew up in Hobart, where she attended the University of Tasmania, graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Practitioners in 2011 and was awarded the Monty Kent Hughes Memorial Award for the Highest Score in Australia in her clinical component of the General Practice exams. Dr Parker has worked in a variety of practices, including metropolitan and rural clinics,  and looks forward to working in the Hills long-term.

Dr Parker is passionate about Medical Education and works as a GP advisor to SAPMEA after previously working in Lead Medical Educator roles at GPEx and ModMed.

Dr Parker is not seeing any new patients for prescription of ADHD medications.


If you are booking in with Dr Parker for a perimenopause or menopause consultation, longer appointments are needed, please check with reception staff to ensure an appropriate appointment time allocation is booked

 

Qualifications
  • Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), First Class Honours
  • Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci)
  • Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME)

Alternatively, you can present to the Mt Barker District Soldiers Memorial Hospital Emergency Department at 87 Wellington Road, Mount Barker (phone: 8393 1777).
